By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Your use of the App may also be governed by the terms of the platform from which you downloaded it, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. If a platform term conflicts with these Terms, the platform term controls only to the extent required by that platform.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your country or region. If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Certain features may rely on your Apple ID, device settings, notification permissions, calendar access, or other information you choose to provide. You are responsible for the security of your device and accounts, for the accuracy of information you enter, and for all activity carried out through them.

Subject to these Terms, AppMerge grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and as permitted by the applicable app store rules.

You may not

• copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the App or any part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to extract source code, or bypass technical protections, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use bots, scrapers, automated queries, or other means that place an unreasonable load on the App or its data providers;
• interfere with security, accounts, servers, networks, or the operation of the App;
• use the App to violate law, infringe rights, mislead others, or support unsafe or unlawful activity; or
• remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices.

The App may display flight status, aircraft position, routes, schedules, airport information, gates, terminals, baggage details, delays, cancellations, weather context, and related travel information. This information may be supplied by airlines, airports, public sources, tracking networks, data vendors, or other third parties.

Before travelling or taking action, verify important information directly with the airline, airport, air traffic authority, or another official source. The App must not be used for aircraft navigation, flight planning, emergency response, operational control, regulatory compliance, or any purpose where inaccurate information could cause harm.

Notifications, Live Activities, widgets, calendar entries, and Apple Watch updates are convenience features. Their delivery can be affected by device settings, connectivity, operating-system restrictions, and third-party data availability. We do not guarantee that an alert will arrive or arrive on time.

The App may use or link to third-party maps, flight-data providers, airlines, airports, weather services, analytics, advertising, app-store services, and websites. Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

AppMerge does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, accuracy, practices, or transactions. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that third party. If a third-party service stops working or changes its data, features, or access rules, parts of the App may change or become unavailable.

The App may offer auto-renewable Flight Tracker Pro subscriptions, including weekly and annual plans. Available plans, prices, currencies, taxes, trial periods, and promotional offers vary by country, account, and time. The purchase screen shown by Apple before you confirm payment contains the controlling offer details.

Apple determines eligibility for introductory offers and free trials. A user who previously received an introductory offer for a subscription group may not be eligible again. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

We may change subscription prices or available plans. Apple will provide any notice and request any consent required by applicable law or platform rules. Price changes do not override rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the AppMerge Privacy Policy. Depending on the features you use, the App may request access to notifications, calendars, location, Live Activities, network connectivity, or other device capabilities.

You can manage permissions in your device settings. Disabling a permission may limit or prevent related features. You should only add flight information to a shared calendar or share travel details when you have the right to do so and understand who may receive that information.

The App, including its software, visual design, branding, text, graphics, arrangement, and original content, is owned by AppMerge or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Flight, airline, airport, map, and other third-party names, logos, data, and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant AppMerge a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation, while you retain ownership of any rights you may have in the original feedback.

We may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, including to improve performance, comply with law, respond to third-party service changes, or protect users and systems. Updates may be installed automatically through your device settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, create security or legal risk, or if continued service is no longer reasonably possible. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and dispute provisions, will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available." AppMerge disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that the App or its content will be complete, accurate, current, error-free, secure, or always available; that defects will be corrected; or that the App will meet your requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppMerge and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities; missed flights or connections; travel expenses; or damages arising from inaccurate or delayed flight information, notifications, third-party services, or your inability to use the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to AppMerge through the App during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD 50. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including where applicable liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

If you downloaded the App from Apple, you acknowledge and agree that:

• these Terms are between you and AppMerge, not Apple, and AppMerge is solely responsible for the App and its content;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App;
• to the extent a warranty applies and the App fails to conform to it, you may notify Apple for any refund of the App's purchase price available under Apple's rules; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation;
• AppMerge, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal or regulatory, and consumer-protection claims;
• AppMerge is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging any claim that the App infringes a third party's intellectual-property rights;
• you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo and are not listed on a United States government prohibited or restricted parties list;
• you will comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App; and
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you.

Your license is also subject to Apple's standard usage rules for licensed applications available through the App Store.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer law entitles you to bring a claim in another court or requires another law to apply.

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and provide a brief description of the issue and the resolution you seek. We will make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing in this section limits a right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, our business, platform requirements, or law. We will post the updated Terms and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent. Your continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of acceptance.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase terms shown by Apple, are the entire agreement concerning the App.
